Depending on the complexity and requirements of a painting system for paint laboratories for quality assurance and for research tasks, we have developed a suitable system. The BAS.Painter is the all-rounder of laboratory painting systems: suitable for electrostatic applications it depicts the finish of paint shops on color charts. The GUN.Painter is designed for the development of paints themselves: with pneumatic application, new developments can be easily tested. The ROB.Painter maps complex applications: with the fully automatic quick-change system, 3D Components such as bumpers can be coated close to the line.
The right environment for a paint shop
The right environment is crucial for a reproducible painting result. With a suitable painting booth for our systems, which can be flexibly adapted to the customer-specific structural conditions the system is well positioned. The fire protection regulations are complied with using a combined room and property protection system. A compact ventilation unit ensures that the climate in the paint booth is always the same.
